MEO safety is preparing a first-party map provider. Every country has two separate checks: our own map tiles and confirmed nano-SIM roaming DATA. A map never implies that tracker connectivity is active.

Country capsule = a prepared roadmap view. It does not mean live tiles, confirmed roaming or an available plan.

Five clear horizons keep the promise understandable while operator agreements are verified.

The rule that protects the promise

  • No public tile dependency in the production target.
  • No country marked connected without a verified SIM agreement.
  • A real pet position stays visible even outside a commercial region.
  • A dated country list before any travel plan can be ordered.

Before travelling

Check both map and roaming status for the destination.Keep microchip registration and contact details current.Use the latest tracker point as a starting place, never as a guarantee.

The searchable register is authoritative. A destination can be purchased only when both map preparation and mobile connectivity are confirmed for that exact country.
