Hosting and external services
Hosting provider: OVHcloud, France - Gravelines, Zone Industrielle Les Huttes. MEO safety may rely on specialist services for maps, mobile connectivity, tracker operation, notifications, payments and optional messaging.
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands, a payment service provider supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank.
Intellectual property and maps
MEO safety, the O mascot, software, interface, copy and original assets are owned by or licensed to MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL. Use of the service does not transfer these rights.
Map attribution must remain visible. The production page must list the licences and map services actually used.
Complaints, law and disputes
Send complaints to gilles.capelluto@molderez-consult.be, with the account email, order reference and requested outcome. If an approved ADR body is selected, its name, address and procedure will be added here. The former EU ODR platform must not be linked because it closed in 2025.
Belgian law applies. Where the consumer-contract rules apply, this choice does not remove mandatory protection under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
