Contract and service
These Terms form the contract between the consumer and MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL, BCE 0842262084, trading as MEO safety, whose registered office is Square Valère Gille 13/5, 1050 Ixelles, Belgique. Support email and telephone remain To be confirmed before commercial launch.
MEO safety combines a connected tracker, cellular data, maps, alerts and optional Premium/AI functions. The MEO safety nano-SIM is included when available for the selected country; otherwise a compatible local DATA nano-SIM is required. Live functions require that country to be individually eligible in the published coverage register.
Eligibility, account and pairing
The primary account holder must be 18+. Each person uses their own login; household access is granted by invitation, never by sharing passwords.
Only the person who created the household can pair or replace a tracker. A veterinarian or reseller may assist while that creator remains authenticated. Pairing is not legal proof of animal ownership. Before resale, contact MEO safety to transfer or erase relevant data safely.
- Do not track people, employees, vehicles or another person’s animal.
- Do not bypass security, rate limits, SIM restrictions or device identity.
- Attach and use the device only as instructed.
- Do not resell or share location data without written authority.
Plans, prices, renewal and cancellation
Prices include VAT: tracker EUR 79; STANDARD EUR 9.70 per month or EUR 97 per year; PREMIUM EUR 14.70 per month or EUR 147 per year; STANDARD to PREMIUM upgrade EUR 5 per month; travel pass EUR 4.70 per consecutive seven-day block. A first subscription purchase includes one EUR 79 tracker per animal.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period after explicit checkout approval. The annual price charges ten monthly service payments. Service discounts apply by animal rank: 5%, 10%, 15%, then 20% from the fifth animal. Hardware and travel passes are not discounted. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
The subscription is tied to the household registration country. Use in another country requires a paid pass for that exact destination. Passes can be repeated without an annual cap, subject to the current coverage register. Before travel, verify MEO Nano-SIM compatibility; otherwise use a compatible local data SIM.

Withdrawal, delivery and activation
Consumers normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. MEO safety must provide the model form and durable confirmation. Starting connectivity during that period requires a separate express request; pairing does not automatically remove the hardware withdrawal right.

Conformity, updates and availability
Mandatory legal conformity rights remain intact. Goods with digital elements and digital services must receive necessary conformity and security updates for the legally required and promised period. Publish an end-of-support date or minimum years after last sale.
GPS, maps, geofences and alerts can be approximate, delayed or unavailable because of buildings, battery, radio, satellite, server or network conditions. A geofence is an alerting aid, not a physical barrier or emergency service.

AI, WhatsApp and outside services
Users must be told before interacting with MEO safety Assistant that it is AI. Answers can be wrong and do not replace a veterinarian, emergency service or the live map timestamp. Critical settings require confirmation.
Access may be blocked after a security incident. Any company supporting the tracker or assistant may not reuse a customer’s location for its own purposes without separate notice and a valid legal basis.
Suspension, liability and law
MEO safety may proportionately suspend service for non-payment, unlawful tracking, a security threat or material breach. Except for urgent threats, give notice and a chance to remedy. On closure, provide To be confirmed before commercial launch then delete under the Privacy Notice.
No term excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory conformity, withdrawal or data-protection rights, or liability that cannot legally be limited. MEO safety does not guarantee rescue, uninterrupted coverage or exact position. Belgian law applies. Where the consumer-contract rules apply, mandatory protections and jurisdiction linked to the consumer’s habitual residence remain intact.
