Trademarks named
EBO, ROLA and Enabot are trademarks of Enabot or of their respective owners. MEO Safety names them solely to describe and offer for resale the corresponding genuine products, within the exhaustion of rights attached to their placing on the market of the European Economic Area. This mention implies no partnership, sponsorship or affiliation beyond authorised resale, and no transfer of rights.
Site content
The MEO Safety brand, the structure and interface of the site, the original copy, the descriptions written, the layout and the graphic elements created for this site are protected by copyright and are owned by or licensed to MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited, subject to the legal exceptions.
Manufacturer visuals and AI-generated content
Product visuals come from the manufacturer and are used within authorised resale. Some illustrations are AI-generated and marked as such, in line with the AI transparency page. If you hold rights in content on the site and consider it is used improperly, report it to gilles.capelluto@molderez-consult.be: we review each request and remove the content concerned where appropriate.
Reviews and user content
If a review or comment feature is offered, you remain responsible for the content you publish and you warrant that you hold the rights to it. You grant MEO Safety a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the site in connection with the product. We may moderate, refuse or remove unlawful content or content clearly contrary to these rules. When a review is published, we state whether and how we check that it comes from customers who actually bought the product; publishing fake reviews is prohibited by consumer law.
Status under the Digital Services Act
This site sells MEO Safety's products in its own name. It is not a marketplace connecting third-party sellers with consumers, so the obligations specific to platforms and marketplaces under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 do not apply to it. Should user content be hosted, we would put in place a mechanism to report and remove unlawful content and would handle it diligently.
