Sold by a Belgian company, with after-sales service in Ixelles and support in French, Dutch or English.
Delivery
Any order placed before 3 pm is handed to bpost the same day from Ixelles.
- Belgium, home delivery: free, 1 to 2 working days
- bpost pick-up point: free
- Luxembourg and Netherlands: EUR 6.95, 2 to 3 days
- Risk transfers on physical delivery of the parcel
- Tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel is collected
Withdrawal
Fourteen calendar days from delivery, no reason needed, model form supplied with the invoice.
- Free return with a prepaid bpost label
- Refund within 14 days of receiving the return
- The product must be complete; the box may be opened
- The refund includes standard delivery costs
Legal warranty of conformity
Two years from delivery, under Belgian consumer law.
- Free repair or replacement
- Optional contractual extension to three years
- Parcel collection arranged by us
- Conformity and security updates for the announced period
Payment and invoicing
Payments are handled by Mollie B.V. No card data passes through our servers.
