The MEO Safety brand, the interface, the original copy and the graphic elements created for this site are owned by or licensed to MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL. EBO, Rola and Enabot are trademarks of their respective owners; naming them serves to describe the product resold and transfers no rights.
Complaints, applicable law and disputes
Send complaints to gilles.capelluto@molderez-consult.be with the account email, the order reference and the outcome requested. If an approved alternative dispute resolution body is selected, its name, address and procedure will be added here.
The former EU online dispute resolution platform must not be linked: it closed in 2025. Belgian law applies, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protection of the law of their habitual residence.
