Nature of the business and reseller status
MEO Safety is a Belgian reseller of consumer electronics from the Enabot range (EBO home robots and ROLA pet robots). MEO Safety is not the manufacturer, not the designer of these products and not the publisher of the mobile app and cloud services that come with them. That software and those services are supplied and operated by the manufacturer, Enabot, established outside the European Economic Area.
The value MEO Safety adds is buying in Belgium: a Belgian invoice, Belgian VAT, a type E plug, a two-year legal guarantee enforceable against a Belgian seller, a right of withdrawal with a model form, and after-sales service in Ixelles in French, Dutch and English.
Hosting and technical providers
Site hosting: OVHcloud, Gravelines data centre, France (European Union). Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands, a payment service provider supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. Carriage is handled by bpost. Each of these providers acts as a processor or as a separate controller depending on the case; the privacy notice sets out their role.
Intellectual property
The MEO Safety brand, the interface, the original copy and the graphic elements created for this site are owned by or licensed to MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL. EBO, ROLA and Enabot are trademarks of their respective owners; naming them serves to describe the product resold and transfers no rights, nor any partnership beyond authorised resale. Complaints, applicable law and disputes
Send complaints to gilles.capelluto@molderez-consult.be with the account email, the order reference and the outcome requested. We acknowledge receipt as soon as possible and handle each case in good faith. If an approved alternative dispute resolution body is selected, its name, address and procedure will be added here.
The former EU online dispute resolution platform was closed in 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and must no longer be linked. Belgian law applies, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protection of the law of their habitual residence. The competent Belgian courts hear disputes, without prejudice to the protective rules of jurisdiction in favour of the consumer.
