How does it differ from the EBO Air 2 Plus?
The EBO Max steps up: 4K camera instead of 3K, V-SLAM navigation with obstacle avoidance, on-board multimodal AI, 64 GB internal storage. The Air 2 Plus remains the best value.
Is a subscription required?
Not for the essentials: local recording on the card and internal storage, video calls and patrols work without a subscription. Cloud stays optional.
Can it climb stairs?
No. Like the whole range, it stays on one floor; its V-SLAM navigation maps the floor and avoids obstacles, but does not climb steps.
Is the plug Belgian?
Yes, a type E adapter with an earth pin, unlike imported units with a US plug.
May I film in my home?
In a strictly domestic setting, yes, informing the people present and not pointing the camera outside or at neighbours. See the Responsible home use note.
