Frequently asked questions
Do I need a SIM card and a plan?
Yes. The PetTracker locates over the mobile network: you need a nano-SIM card and a data plan from a Belgian operator. They are not included. Without an active SIM, GPS tracking does not work.
Does it work over Wi-Fi?
No. Unlike the indoor EBO and ROLA robots, the collar does not locate over Wi-Fi: it uses the mobile network to track the pet anywhere.
Who is the ROLA PetTracker for?
For owners who want to locate their pet, prevent escapes with the virtual fence and discover its days through the on-board camera. You must accept the requirement of a SIM card and a plan.
Is it suitable for all pets?
It attaches to a collar suited to your pet size. A weight of at least 4 kg is recommended for comfortable wear.
What warranty in Belgium?
2-year legal warranty, Belgian invoice with VAT and after-sales service in Ixelles.
