The contract between you and MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL for the purchase of the EBO and ROLA robots, their accessories and their options.
Purpose, parties and acceptance
These terms form the contract between the consumer, a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession, and MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL (CBE 0842.262.084), trading as MEO Safety. They cover the sale of physical goods from the Enabot range, their accessories and their optional services.
The pre-contractual information required by Book VI of the Code of Economic Law (main characteristics, total price, payment, delivery and performance arrangements, right of withdrawal, legal guarantee) is provided before the order. The box accepting these terms is not pre-ticked; your consent is time-stamped and stored with the version accepted.
Nature and limits of the products
The EBO and ROLA robots are connected household appliances. They are not a certified alarm system, not a monitoring service and not a medical device. Movement alerts, patrols and assistance features are an aid, never a guarantee of safety or care.
Some models include an AI voice assistant. The EBO Max and EBO X models feature face recognition, which processes biometric data: their use is governed by the GDPR and by the AI transparency page. The ROLA PetTracker is a GPS collar that requires a nano-SIM card and a mobile data plan from an operator; the SIM and the plan are not included in the price unless expressly stated. Almost all other models run on Wi-Fi, with no SIM.
Prices, payment and invoicing
Displayed prices are in euro, all taxes included, with Belgian VAT at 21 % and the Recupel and Bebat contributions. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed and recalculated server-side; any price value sent by the browser is ignored.
Payment methods accepted via Mollie: Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. For a transfer, the order is reserved and then shipped once funds are actually received. A Belgian VAT invoice is issued automatically, sent by email and kept for ten years under accounting and VAT rules.
Order, availability and confirmation
The order process, the steps to correct input errors and the language of the contract are shown before confirmation, as required by Book XII of the Code of Economic Law. The order is firm only after our confirmation. Payment is established by the provider's webhook; stock is decremented on confirmed payment.
After the order you receive a durable confirmation by email including the contract summary, the invoice and the model withdrawal form. If an item becomes unavailable after the order, you are informed and fully refunded without delay.
Delivery and transfer of risk
The delivery area, cost and estimated date are shown before payment. Belgium: home delivery or bpost pick-up point, free of charge, within one to two working days. Luxembourg and the Netherlands: EUR 6.95, two to three working days. Failing an agreed period, delivery takes place without undue delay and within thirty days at the latest.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer when they, or a third party they have designated, take physical possession of the parcel, not on dispatch. A tracking number is provided as soon as the carrier collects the parcel. Report any visible damage on receipt.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has fourteen calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty. Legal guarantee of conformity and updates
The two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery applies as of right and free of charge. In Belgium, a lack of conformity that appears within this two-year period is presumed to have existed since delivery. Goods with digital elements receive the necessary conformity and security updates for the legally required or reasonably expected period; the end-of-support date is published on the product sheet. An optional contractual third year may be offered; it adds to the legal guarantee and never replaces it. Any commercial guarantee from the manufacturer is separate and does not affect your rights against the Belgian seller.
Product safety and the environment
The products carry the CE marking and fall in particular under the radio equipment rules and under the General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988). Warnings, instructions and safety information are provided in an understandable language. At end of life, the device falls under the Recupel scheme (waste electrical and electronic equipment) and its battery under the Bebat scheme; do not dispose of them with household waste.
Liability and applicable law
No term excludes or limits fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, the conformity obligation, the right of withdrawal, liability for defective products, data-protection rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any unfair term within the meaning of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law is deemed void.
Belgian law applies, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protection of the law of their habitual residence. Disputes fall to the competent Belgian courts.
