The contract between you and MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL for the purchase of the EBO / Rola robots and their options.
Contract and product
These terms form the contract between the consumer and MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL, CBE 0842262084, trading as MEO Safety. They cover the sale of physical goods - the EBO Air 2 Plus, EBO Max and Rola Mini robots - along with their accessories and optional services.
These robots are household appliances. They are not a certified alarm system, not a monitoring service and not a medical device. Movement alerts are an aid, not a guarantee of safety.
Prices, payment and invoicing
Displayed prices are in euro, all taxes included, with Belgian VAT at 21 % and the Recupel and Bebat contributions. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed and recalculated server-side.
Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. For a transfer, the order ships once funds are actually received. A Belgian VAT invoice is sent automatically and kept for ten years under VAT rules.
Delivery and transfer of risk
The delivery area, cost and estimated date are shown before payment. Belgium: home delivery or bpost pick-up point, free of charge, within one to two working days. Luxembourg and the Netherlands: EUR 6.95, two to three working days.
Risk transfers to the consumer on physical delivery of the parcel, not on dispatch. A tracking number is provided as soon as the carrier collects the parcel.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has fourteen calendar days from delivery to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty. The model withdrawal form and a durable confirmation of the contract are sent by email with the invoice.
Returns use a prepaid bpost label supplied on request. The refund, including standard delivery costs, is made within fourteen days of receiving the return. The product must be complete; opening the box and trying the product do not remove the right of withdrawal.
Legal warranty of conformity and updates
The two-year legal warranty of conformity applies from delivery as of right. It gives a right to free repair or replacement and, failing that, to a price reduction or termination. An optional contractual third year is offered; it adds to the legal warranty and never replaces it.
The product contains digital elements. Necessary conformity and security updates are provided for the legally required and announced period. The end-of-support date is published on the product sheet.
Liability and applicable law
No term excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory conformity, the right of withdrawal, data-protection rights, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Belgian law applies, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protection of the law of their habitual residence.
